Family Genealogy
   
  This section is devoted to the genealogical records for individual families as developed by various researchers over the years.  These records are presented in two main categories;

1) Submittals by individuals directly to this web site for publication and

2) Information accumulated at the Grundy County Historical Society (GCHS). 

In the latter case, the material has been sorted by family name and is on file in the Heritage Center Library & Research Center, in Tracy City, TN.

As with most collections the accuracy of the information may vary depending upon when the research was preformed and the information available to the researcher at the time.  There are errors in this material.  You are encouraged to use this material as a guide in your research and always develop sources independent of this site if at all possible.  Then hopefully share your work product with us.
