This site has been developed for the expressed purpose of collecting and sharing historical information concerning Grundy County, Tennessee that may otherwise not be readily available on-line.  It is the intent to present as much of this material as possible in a searchable format (pdf) to facilitate research.

Material on this site comes from the Grundy County Historical Society (GCHS), Beersheba Spring Historical Society (BSHS), and from individuals with an interest in the history of Grundy and surrounding counties.
